Maybe you want to install a word processor, spreadsheet, or other piece of software.  We can help, providing a simple and easy solution.  And we can usually recommend a free software solution for your needs.

Equipment Setup

We can setup your modem, router, wireless or VoIP, and ensure it is safe and secure from prying eyes, including the teenagers a few doors down.  You don't want them "borrowing" your internet and leaving you a huge download bill!

Maybe you want to be able to video-chat for free with your family and friends anywhere in the world.  Or print photos from your new digital camera.  We can help with that too.

Service Costs

We charge a low rate, without the high "callout fees" and "on-site fees" charged by many others. Our fees are:

• $50.00 for the first hour or part thereof (inner-metro-Melbourne - Met Zone 1)
• $60.00 for the first hour or part thereof (outer-metro-Melbourne - Met Zone 2)
• $35.00 per hour or part thereof for additional hours (both Zones)
