Delivery

We use multiple suppliers, in multiple locations. Rather than overcharge most customers to be able to cover our costs on a few, we will quote delivery upon request or upon an order being placed.

Whilst this can add a short delay to your order, we do believe the benefits to our customers of paying a fair cost outweighs the downside.

ou may cancel your order if you do not agree with the quote (any payment you have made will be immediately refunded).

All orders are delivered to your door.  Orders are usually delivered via StarTrack Express, Australian Air Express or Australia Post.  In many instances, a choice of delivery method will be available, and we will quote for the various options.  Other couriers may be used on occasions at the discretion of either SeeknBuy or our supplier.  Please note that we can usually deliver to a PO Box however some couriers can not.  If you choose a PO Box delivery and we are unable to deliver to that address, we will contact you for an alternative.


We can deliver worldwide and will quote you upon request.

All purchases (both domestic and international) will be sent using a signature-upon-delivery method (Courier, Registered Post or eParcel).  To protect against fraudulent use of credit cards, and to protect ourselves against chargebacks, pickups are not permitted for credit card payment.


Pickup

SeeknBuy now offers pickup on our range of items.  Please note there are strict procedures in place, and pickup locations are limited.

SeeknBuy ships its products direct from a range of suppliers.  We generally do not hold stock, which ensures you always receive the latest pricing.  Most of our suppliers offer customer pickp, direct from their supply depots/warehouses.  Please note that these are generally located in Sydney and Melbourne.  Some limited stock is also sourced from Adelaide and Brisbane.

If you wish to collect your item, please contact us PRIOR TO PURCHASE to ensure it is in stock and from which location it will be available.  Note that payment upon collection is NOT available - full payment must be received and cleared by SeeknBuy prior to your order being released by the supplier.

Please note that a small range of goods we offer are from suppliers who do not allow pickups.


Returns Policy

Incorrect, damaged or or DOA (Dead on Arrival) items should be notified within 48 hours of delivery.  If you receive an incorrect, damaged or DOA item, please advise us immediately so a replacement can be arranged.  Items which become faulty at a later date are covered by their manufacturer's warranty.  Please contact the manufacturer to arrange service.  Note that ALL items sold by SeeknBuy are sourced from Australian suppliers, and are covered by Australian warranties.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu, click the Return Item(s) button and follow the instructions. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/exchange (if applicable) once we've received and processed the returned item.
