We charge $19.95 per order for delivery.  Please note that we reserve the right to charge extra for remote deliveries, or for large, bulky or heavy (over 10kg) orders.  We will notify you of any additional charge, and you may cancel your order if you do not agree (any payment you have made will be immediately refunded).

All orders are delivered to your door.  Orders are usually delivered via StarTrack Express or Australian Air Express.  Other couriers (including Australia Post) may be used on occasions at the discretion of either SeeknBuy or our chosen supplier.  Please note that we can usually deliver to a PO Box however some couriers can not.  If you choose a PO Box delivery and we are unable to deliver to that address, we will contact you for an alternative.

We can deliver worldwide.  For international deliveries, please place your order, and we will quote delivery costs and send you a total invoice usually within 3 business hours.  Unfortunately live quotes for international deliveries are not possible at this time.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


Pickup

SeeknBuy now offers pickup on our range of items.  Please note there are strict procedures in place, and pickup locations are limited.

SeeknBuy ships its products direct from a range of suppliers.  We generally do not hold stock, which ensures you always receive the latest pricing.  Our suppliers can now offer end-customer pickp, direct from their supply depots/warehouses.  Please note that these are generally located in Sydney, however we also source a large range from Melbourne.  Some limited stock is also sourced from Adelaide and Brisbane.

If you wish to collect your item, please contact us PRIOR TO PURCHASE to ensure it is in stock and from which location it will be available.  Note that payment upon collection is NOT available - full payment must be received and cleared by SeeknBuy prior to your order being released by the supplier.


Returns Policy

Incorrect, damaged or or DOA (Dead on Arrival) items should be notified within 48 hours of delivery.  If you receive an incorrect, damaged or DOA item, please advise us immediately so a replacement can be arranged.  Items which become faulty at a later date are covered by their manufacturer's warranty.  Please contact the manufacturer to arrange service.  Note that ALL items sold by SeeknBuy are sourced from Australian suppliers, and are covered by Australian warranties.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu, click the Return Item(s) button and follow the instructions. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/exchange (if applicable) once we've received and processed the returned item.
